This 4 storey office building has a built area that exceeds 11.000sq.m. Construction started st 2009 and PG Kamarinos Consulting Engineers undertook at 2012 the Fire Safety Design for the entire building as well as the MEP design for the new Unilever Headquarters and BMW Headquarters office areas.
